"How long will it take for my order to arrive?"

We are a made to order business which means we produce all of our products as you order them and we don’t hold inventory
Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and made ready for shipping. Delivery times can take 3-7 working days (UK) & 5-10 working days (USA).

"What if I change my mind or want to make changes or cancel my order?"

Upon purchase, we’ll give you 24 hours to cancel or make any changes, any time beyond that, your order will already be in production. Therefore after 24 hrs order changes or cancellations cannot be made.

"What if my order doesn’t arrive?"

Once the item has been despatched to the address provided on the order form you will be provided with a tracking number. If your item hasn’t arrived, please contact us and we will check with the shipping company. If the shipping company confirms that the order has been delivered with a specific date, time & location then we are not responsible for missing orders.

If the shipping carrier cannot confirm the item was delivered. You need to contact us and report it, we will then make the arrangements to send you another one or refund ASAP.

"Why doesn't it say Voodoo Bear on my bank statement?"

Please note that your bank statement may display charges from our parent company, Dursen Ltd rather than Voodoo Bear, depending on the payment method used.
