As all items are personalised and printed on demand we do not offer any refunds unless the item has arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective. However if you have any queries or problems then do send us an email and we shall try our best to help you out!

For all Order Return inquiries, please reach us on the Contact Us page (please include photographs showing the issue for a return) and we will provide instructions on what to do next

Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received the item, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange, unfortunately.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packing or similar.

Refunds will not be issued for items that have been used, washed, or altered from their original condition

Returns for Misprinted/ Damaged/ Defective Items:

  • Claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 14 days after the estimated delivery date.
  • Claims deemed our error will be covered at our expense.

Refund Process and Timeframe:

  • Once a return is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. The processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Notification for EU Consumers:

  • According to Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for goods made to the consumer's specifications or sealed goods unsealed after delivery.
  • Voodoo Bear reserves the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
